Pre-Contract Services

Proper execution and administration during pre-contract stage of a project are equally important as the administration of contract during post-contract stage to avoid conflicts and disputes in a project. If you are an employer/developer or a consultant, this can be achieved through selection of proper procurement strategy, cost planning and controlling during the pre-contract stage, selection of suitable conditions of contract and preparation of comprehensive tender documents.

Commercial Management
